3. AI Model Disclaimer

• AI-Generated Content: All chat responses, including information based on "Expert FAQ," are generated by an LLM (Large Language Model) AI.
• Accuracy: AI models can make mistakes, hallucinate, or provide outdated information. You should always verify the information provided by the Service through official sources or by contacting professional support.
• No Responsibility: CSMX is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated responses.

4. Content Responsibility and Knowledge Base

• Third-Party Data: The knowledge base, expert FAQ database, and images used by the Service are supplied by the client (the company for whom the chatbot provides support).
• No Verification: CSMX cannot and does not verify the correctness, completeness, or safety of this data.
• Liability for Content: CSMX bears no responsibility for the accuracy of the data supplied by the client, nor for any damages resulting from its use.

5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

• Intended Purpose: The Service is designed exclusively to answer questions about the specific product(s) or service(s) for which the chatbot has been configured. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose.
• Prohibited Activities: You are expressly prohibited from:
  • Attempting to manipulate, bypass, or "jailbreak" the AI model or its safety features
  • Submitting prompts designed to extract system instructions, internal configurations, or proprietary information
  • Using the Service for any purpose other than obtaining legitimate product information
  • Attempting to make the AI generate inappropriate, harmful, or off-topic content
  • Testing the limits of the AI system through adversarial prompting or prompt injection
  • Using the Service to generate content unrelated to the designated product or service
• Enforcement: CSMX reserves the right to immediately terminate access for any user engaging in prohibited activities and may take additional legal action if necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

• General Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSMX Maciej Maciejak shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Use at Own Risk: You use the Service and the information it provides strictly at your own risk.

7. Usage Limits and Restrictions

• We reserve the right to limit the use of the Service, including message length (currently 250 characters) and the number of messages per session or per minute.
• We reserve the right to block access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or uses the Service in a harmful or abusive manner.
• Prohibition of Sensitive Data: You must not enter sensitive personal data into the chat, including but not limited to health-related information, medical data, or any other special categories of personal data as defined under the GDPR. The Service is for informational purposes only.

CSMX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
